RND Group Names Tom Gardner as Vice President of Business Development

IT Consulting Veteran to Assume All Business Development and Account Management Responsibilities

INDIANAPOLIS (July 17, 2006)—-- RND Group, Inc., a recognized local leader in providing software engineering services to life sciences companies, announced today that Tom Gardner has joined as Vice President of Business Development. The addition of Gardner to RND’s management team further strengthens RND’s ability to remain a leader in their service offerings to medical product and consumer electronics industries both locally and world wide.

Most recently, Gardner worked at Ambassador Solutions where over the last twelve years he acted in many capacities including Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing and President.
